HOW TO PREPARE TEA
Variety and aroma are two things that you should have in mind when preparing tea.
Pour the hot water over the tea leaves slowly. Cover the tea and let it steep for 3-5 minutes.
Tea is released when it reaches 80-100 ºC.
For a mild flavour, let it stand for 2-3 minutes. It has a stimulating effect as caffeine is quickly diluted in hot water.
Anyhow, if you prefer an intense aroma let it stand for 5-8 minutes. It has a calming effect by joining the tannins in tea to caffeine.
I love the intense taste, my recommendation: “Wild Berries Tea“.
